Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IT Operations Engineering to lead enterprise IT operations and information security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of IT operations engineering for stability and performance
• Oversee the Endpoint Engineering team for the management of Windows and macOS environments
• Act as the primary liaison between IT operations, information security, and business units

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, and endpoint engineering
• Certifications in relevant MDM platforms (Intune, Kandji, or equivalent)
• Expertise in endpoint management across Windows and macOS environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code automation concepts
