IT Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Product Owner to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team for the Safety Exchange platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning with organizational strategy and member needs
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are clear and actionable
• Collaborate with business units and IT to capture requirements, validate features, and ensure stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT product development
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, or knowledge exchange platforms is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
