• Experience in automation using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Proven experience in enhancing cloud environments, particularly AWS/Azure
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and automation tools such as Okta Workflows
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance work streams
