IT Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Manager to lead and enhance its IT infrastructure and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOX compliance controls and maintain documentation for audits
• Assess and improve SOX processes and enhance IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Facilitate audits, manage risks, and promote a security culture within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT systems management focused on compliance and controls
• Strong knowledge of SOX, ITGC, and SOC2 Type 2 frameworks
• Proven track record of managing audit processes with regulatory bodies
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
