IT Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Specialist to administer and optimize enterprise systems supporting university operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and compliance with defined requirements
• Provide technical support and manage system upgrades, backups, and documentation
• Collaborate with users and teams to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience administering enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Anthology SIS, Canvas LMS, and Salesforce CRM is highly desirable
• Experience managing database platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and project management tools
