Key Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and facilitate engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives
• Provide one-to-one virtual coaching and instruction to support student academic and career goals
• Facilitate student communities to promote collaboration and effective faculty interaction

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field and applicable licenses or certifications
• Current ITIL certification required
• 3 years of relevant professional experience, including 1 year of online teaching
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in assigned content or practice areas
