Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer/Programmer Analyst 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects in the Atlassian Cloud environment
• Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions to support business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Jira solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Jira administration and development, particularly in Jira Cloud
• Strong proficiency in JQL and hands-on experience with Jira ITSM configuration
• Familiarity with Atlassian Access and basic understanding of Active Directory
• Experience with Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript for custom development
• Preferred experience with Jira on-premise to cloud migration
