One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in the United Kingdom.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and collaborative Customer Success Manager to help shape the client experience within a fast-growing SaaS company. You will manage a portfolio of growth accounts, owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and upsells. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll provide strategic guidance to clients, champion their needs internally, and ensure they get maximum value from the platform. This role is both customer-facing and highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage a book of growth customers, driving retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies that enhance satisfaction, product adoption, and renewal rates.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the product, sharing best practices to drive client success.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to influence product development and feature prioritization.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve client issues and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and monitor account health to proactively address any risks or opportunities.
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or similar client-facing roles in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in driving renewals and managing upsell pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsive, and hands-on, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Experience working with CRM tools; familiarity with clients in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Banking is a plus.
