One of our companies is currently looking for a Key Account Implementation Manager in Canada.

In this role, you will play a critical part in helping larger, strategic customers transition from a legacy software version to a modern, web-based platform. You will provide personalized, hands-on support throughout the upgrade process, ensuring a smooth transition. This includes collaborating with internal teams and customers, managing the upgrade process, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects will be essential for success in this position.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist customers with planning and executing software upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique needs and tailor the upgrade process to meet their requirements
  • Provide clear, consistent communication and guidance throughout the entire upgrade process
  • Work with internal teams to facilitate data migration, system configuration, and user training
  • Track upgrade progress, identify potential challenges, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Document insights and lessons learned to improve future upgrade processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting
  • Experience in customer support, project coordination, or software implementation, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with software upgrades or migrations is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within the software/services solutions market, ideally in the real estate industry
