Key Responsibilities
- Perform Account Manager I duties and participate in AE training
- Handle inbound communications and escalate client issues to the appropriate team
- Clarify and track client issues, providing feedback to improve service processes
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Mortgage Customer Service or service industry experience
- Proven track record in Customer Service
- Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience with Loan Origination Systems preferred
- Strong judgment skills for escalating issues appropriately
