A company is looking for a Junior Ad Operations Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify requirements and understand their business objectives
- Manage client accounts and coordinate with sales and operational teams for campaign delivery
- Assist clients in understanding the XPO platform and provide feedback for future campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital media and/or IT preferred
- Good command of Excel and advanced Excel skills
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field, preferably in media, mass communication, or IT
- Strong commitment to quality customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of industry trends and technology solutions
