Required Qualifications

• 0-12 months of experience in relevant roles (e.g., Junior Recruiter, Administrative Support)
• Fluent in German (C1+) and comfortable with basic English
• Ability to work carefully with text and follow detailed instructions
• Capable of working remotely and securely on Windows/macOS
• Motivated to gain practical AI/data project experience
