Junior Benefits Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Benefits Specialist (Part Time On Call).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails regarding military benefits and resources
• Provide accurate information and referrals to clients based on inquiries
• Document client interactions and research complex questions related to DOD and VA policies

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship
• Active NACI clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum three years of experience in administering benefits programs
• Strong understanding of Veteran Affairs benefits and compensation programs
