Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst, primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings and prepare project documentation, including requirements statements and status reports
• Act as a liaison between IT services and business units to gather and validate project requirements
• Develop and execute system test plans and support business testing by coordinating feedback and changes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in business analysis and/or project management
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and business process modeling
• Proficient in using systems like TFS and Azure DevOps
• Ability to clear a comprehensive background and clearance process
• Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments is preferred
