A company is looking for a Junior Contact Center Tester.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requirement and design documentation to develop various types of test scenarios
- Translate test scenarios into detailed test cases and ensure bidirectional requirement traceability
- Execute test cases using MS Excel and collaborate with engineers in defect triage and retesting
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in an IT project testing role
- 1+ years of experience in a contact center with knowledge of fundamental concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Clearance Type: Secret / Tier 3
- Expected role duration: until 5/26
