Junior DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr DevOps Engineer to support the USAF Next Generation Mission Planning program.

Key Responsibilities

• Automating, integrating, and prototyping solutions in a DevSecOps environment
• Creating and maintaining documentation, wikis, and training materials for DevSecOps engineers and developers
• Providing help-desk escalation support to software developer teams

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required (no dual or Green Card/Permanent Resident Card)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret-level Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a closely-related field
• 2 years or less of software development or operations experience with microservices-based architectures and API design
• 1 year or less of working in a DevSecOps environment with familiarity in DevSecOps best practices
