Junior eLearning Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Instructional Designer/eLearning Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, competency-based training materials using rapid eLearning authoring tools
• Consult with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts to support learning objectives
• Manage and develop the existing Learning Management System (LMS) and promote online content

Required Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Articulate 360, Storyline, and Litmos
• 2+ years of experience in developing corporate e-Learning
• 1+ year of training experience in a virtual contact center environment preferred
• Proficiency in HTML 5, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred
• Familiarity with SCORM standards and multimedia formats used in eLearning development
