Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Instructional Designer/eLearning Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging, competency-based training materials using rapid eLearning authoring tools
- Consult with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts to support learning objectives
- Manage and develop the existing Learning Management System (LMS) and promote online content
Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Articulate 360, Storyline, and Litmos
- 2+ years of experience in developing corporate e-Learning
- 1+ year of training experience in a virtual contact center environment preferred
- Proficiency in HTML 5, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred
- Familiarity with SCORM standards and multimedia formats used in eLearning development
