Junior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst, Jr. - FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product-specific revenue and medical cost forecasting and variance analysis
• Support month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of financial or data analysis experience
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Strong expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
• Understanding of healthcare financial metrics such as medical loss ratio (MLR) and revenue risk adjustment
