Junior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst, Jr. - Value-Based Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of value-based care arrangements, focusing on cost, utilization, and provider performance
• Prepare and deliver reports that highlight financial results and actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Support contract performance monitoring by evaluating provider outcomes against benchmarks and incentive structures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience
• Experience with SAS and SQL required; Power BI and Python preferred
• Strong proficiency with Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Foundational understanding of the healthcare industry preferred
