Junior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support FP&A and regional operations management with monthly and quarterly reporting and reforecasts
• Conduct trend analysis for operational and productivity metrics and assist with revenue cycle management reporting
• Perform deep dive analysis to uncover key trends and assist in the valuation/modeling of prospective businesses for M&A opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, or Operations positions
• Team-focused mentality with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong analytical skills and self-motivated with a focus on process improvement
• Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience with Workday/Axiom/DOMO is a plus
