Key Responsibilities

• Champion daily habits that elevate food-safety standards and overall product quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor and customer inquiries, ensuring swift, clear resolutions
• Monitor third-party testing spend and prepare concise cost reports for leadership review

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Experience in a regulated setting - food, pharma, medical devices, or similar is a strong plus
• Meticulous organization and respect for confidential data
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience in data entry and verification in quality-management systems
