Junior Functional Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Junior Consultant (Level 2 support).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM (Supplier Master Data), including incident and service request resolution
• Manage user access and supplier master data in SAP
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• No prior SAP experience required - full training will be provided
• (Nice to have) Basic understanding of SAP MM or procurement processes
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
• English: B2-C1 level (Mandatory)
• French: B1-B2 level (Highly desirable)
