Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews and email correspondence with candidates
• Support senior recruiters in candidate sourcing and screening
• Schedule virtual and in-person interviews between candidates and management

Required Qualifications

• Prior corporate recruiting experience required
• Prior healthcare experience required
• SNF experience preferred
• Experience recruiting licensed mental health professionals
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
