Junior Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative (LatAm - Colombia).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of providers and strive to meet weekly KPIs and monthly sales goals
• Educate business owners in the hair and beauty industry about the company's platform and its value
• Build relationships with potential clients to help them succeed with the innovative sales solutions offered

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of phone sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or outbound sales role
• Residency in Colombia
• Experience in technology/SaaS sales or similar environments, especially with small business clients
• Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tools for managing sales processes
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
