Junior Integration Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Integration Support Engineer to provide technical support in building and maintaining integrations with partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and test APIs, including setting up sample collections and validating functionality
• Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow diagrams for integrations
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate user access for integrations

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Node.js, .NET, JavaScript, or Java)
• Basic knowledge of API concepts (REST, GraphQL)
• Hands-on experience with API client tools such as Postman
• Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
