Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to provide technical support and assist with IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for employees in the office and remote staff
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account setup and equipment preparation
- Maintain IT inventory and troubleshoot office IT operations, including network and A/V systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT help-desk or technical support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS; Linux familiarity is a plus
- Experience providing remote support
- Good understanding of networking basics and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
