Junior Loan Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Loan Accounting & Investor Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute client loan accounting and investor reporting functions utilizing SBO
• Perform remittance processing and support client implementation and conversion functions
• Provide ongoing system and business support for clients, including user training and documentation maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
• 2-4+ years of experience in loan accounting, investor accounting, or investor reporting functions
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and experience manipulating large data sets
• Ability to read and parameterize adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) notes
• Experience working with software development teams and executing basic SQL queries
