Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Mortgage Auditor (Part-time, 20 - 25 hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Performs a thorough review of loan files to identify discrepancies in documentation
• Analyzes various income types, including self-employed and business tax returns
• Completes audit checklists and maintains knowledge of underwriting and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
• Ability to work in both team-oriented and independent environments
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Exemplary customer service skills
