Junior Oracle Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Oracle Business Analyst to join its Business Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements (BRDs)
• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Manage tickets and requests using Jira Service Management

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (or Oracle ERP)
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes (P2P, O2C)
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems
• Ability to write clear and concise BRDs
• Background in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
