Junior Packaging Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Designer, Packaging to join their Creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-quality, print-ready product packaging and marketing materials
• Support the Senior Designer in new product packaging development and manage internal creative asset libraries
• Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all print packaging and offline creative output

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of design experience, preferably with a consumer-facing brand
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, AfterEffects, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and web design tools (Figma)
• Experience in leading packaging design projects from concept to final proofing
• Working knowledge of pre-press production processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
