Junior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist, Jr.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Request for Information and Request for Proposals (RFI, RFP) to understand market dynamics
• Support internal business initiatives through small contract negotiations with suppliers
• Lead tactical negotiations on small impact contracts while collaborating with internal customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in project management or negotiations
• Prior experience in procurement, sourcing, or buying roles is preferred
• Exposure to working with executive leadership (Director level and above) is advantageous
• Familiarity with healthcare or information technology industries is beneficial
