Junior Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist origination staff with loan setup by preparing and reviewing loan documents
• Enter application information into the Encompass loan system and ensure proper file management
• Communicate with customers and third parties to collect additional loan documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in operations such as Processing, Underwriting, or Loan Setup
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs, and related federal/state guidelines
• Experience with Encompass 360 loan system preferred
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
