Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Office in managing ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Support the tracking of certifications and project milestones while monitoring risks and delays
  • Prepare dashboards and performance reports for executive awareness and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Junior Project Coordinator is desired
  • Minimum of a high school diploma and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
