Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process and build candidate pipelines
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and manage candidate experience
- Create weekly activity reports and contribute to recruiting meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
