Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Recruiter to support the recruitment process and help build effective teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full cycle recruitment process for various roles, including candidate outreach and interview coordination
• Partner with the Sr. Recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain clear communication
• Execute sourcing strategies and help create a positive candidate experience through effective communication

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in ecommerce or high-growth environments
• Experience with candidate sourcing and relationship building through various channels
• Interest in developing business acumen and understanding different functions within an ecommerce organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
