Key Responsibilities
- Support the full cycle recruitment process for various roles, including candidate outreach and interview coordination
- Partner with the Sr. Recruiter and hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain clear communication
- Execute sourcing strategies and help create a positive candidate experience through effective communication
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in ecommerce or high-growth environments
- Experience with candidate sourcing and relationship building through various channels
- Interest in developing business acumen and understanding different functions within an ecommerce organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
