Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for entry- to mid-level positions
• Post job openings on various platforms and assist with screening resumes
• Schedule interviews and maintain organized candidate records within the ATS

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR support is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in talent acquisition
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Familiarity with social media and job boards is desirable
