Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of senior staff
- Build applicant pipelines and maintain relationships with community representatives and educational institutions
- Manage candidate experience and create weekly activity reports on recruiting activities
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from recognized institutions preferred
