Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and TA Manager
  • Build active/passive applicant pipelines and maintain the applicant tracking system
  • Manage candidate experience and develop strategic communication with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM or AIRS preferred
