A company is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and TA Manager
- Build active/passive applicant pipelines and maintain the applicant tracking system
- Manage candidate experience and develop strategic communication with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM or AIRS preferred
