Junior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build POCs and MVPs to demonstrate product capabilities during the sales cycle
• Lead live demo sessions and run technical discovery calls to understand customer needs
• Gather business requirements and build integrations with various tools to enhance customer solutions

Required Qualifications

• Technical experience as Customer Support Level 2 or similar
• Proven experience with automation tools and a solid understanding of SaaS platforms
• Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering impact
