Junior Strategic Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist, Jr.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Requests for Information and Proposals (RFI, RFP) to understand market dynamics and supplier positioning
• Support business initiatives by engaging with internal business owners and suppliers on small contract negotiations
• Lead tactical negotiations on small impact contracts, with support on strategy and messaging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in project management or negotiations
• Healthcare or government procurement experience preferred
• Strong understanding of sourcing, contracting, and vendor onboarding
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
