A company is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to provide developer support for users experiencing issues with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming support requests and manage ticket queues
- Assist users with account management and technical issues
- Update support documentation and identify patterns in support tickets
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical issue triage
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with SQL, especially Postgres, is a plus
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte is a bonus
- Linux command line experience is a plus
