Junior Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, API documentation, SOPs, and release notes
• Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy and relevancy
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce clear technical specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a similar field
• 1-3 years of experience in technical or procedural writing
• Familiarity with CMS and version control programs, preferably Git
• Basic understanding of cURL, Markdown, and Python
• Experience with B2B SaaS industry standards and Agile workflows is a plus
