Key Responsibilities

• Update, edit, and publish technical documentation, including API references and product guides
• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear instructions for technical and semi-technical audiences
• Organize and maintain content in documentation systems and update documentation in sync with product changes

Required Qualifications

• Prior writing experience in technical blog posts, documentation, or relevant coursework
• Understanding of basic technical concepts such as APIs and databases
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, including AI-assisted writing workflows
• Experience with grammar, clarity, and editing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
