Junior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct usability tests, interviews, and iterative research to shape product outcomes
• Synthesize research data into insights that inform product strategy and design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and advocate for user needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field with 2+ years of research experience or 3+ years of equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Preferred: Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, or a related field with 1+ year of industry research experience
