About the Role

We’re hiring a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to lead customer lifecycle strategy and execution on one of our fast-growing U.S. e-commerce accounts. You’ll take a leading role in the email and SMS channels, collaborate across teams, and serve as the go-to expert for Klaviyo, segmentation, and all things customer journey.

This role is perfect for someone who blends technical know-how with marketing instinct, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to help build high-impact CRM programs from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy, build, and execution of email and SMS campaigns that drive retention, loyalty, and LTV
  • Manage flows, triggers, and automation logic across customer journeys
  • Own CRM integrations and platform health — including Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive, LoyaltyLion, Loop, Segment, and more
  • Define and implement thoughtful segmentation, suppression, and personalization strategies
  • Partner with design and copy teams to build effective, on-brand communications
  • QA and schedule all CRM content — ensuring flawless delivery
  • Track performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations
  • Support technical problem solving and platform troubleshooting
  • Bring clarity and confidence to internal and external meetings with your CRM expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle roles (e-commerce or DTC experience preferred)
  • Advanced experience with Klaviyo and Shopify, including setup, integrations, and migrations
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, suppression logic, and automation flows
  • Comfortable building and editing HTML and JSON for template customization
  • Excellent attention to detail — you don’t let anything slip
  • Confident working across tools like Attentive, LoyaltyLion, Ordergroove, Segment, and Zendesk
  • Strong understanding of UTM structures, deliverability best practices, and tracking
  • Effective communicator who can confidently lead conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented — you see obstacles as opportunities
