Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Prescribing medications, controlled substances, and various diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses
• Formulating suitable treatment plans to address conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression & Anxiety

Required Qualifications

• Must be a Physician
• Must have clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances (2 years)
• Must have a valid DEA
• Must have a valid multi-state Medical License
• Mental health experience of 2 years (Required)
