Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of high-quality journalism on economy and labor, particularly through a gender lens
• Experience in leading projects from ideation to execution in a small journalism organization
• Understanding of journalistic standards and media law
• Demonstrated use of audience insights in previous editorial work
• Data journalism skills are highly desired
