Hours: 8am - 5pm Mountain Standard Time
Compensation: 10% Commission on Sales, per close (potentially $450-$600 per close)

Lago is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Closer to join our B2C sales team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in converting leads into loyal customers by utilizing your exceptional communication skills and sales techniques. Your ability to build rapport with potential customers and effectively present our offerings will drive revenue growth and contribute to our overall success.

As a Sales Closer, you will engage with leads generated by our appointment setters, providing them with a confident and compelling sales experience that leads to successful transactions. You will need to deeply understand our products and services, articulate their value propositions, and address any objections or concerns from customers throughout the sales process. Your proactive mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key in driving conversions and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in a two-call close process:
    • First call: Initial interaction to assess needs and present offerings.
    • Follow-up: Close the deal by addressing final questions and objections.
  • Use our pre-built sales assets and materials to effectively close sales.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication and professionalism.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals efficiently.
  • Proven experience in B2C sales or as a sales closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Native-level or nearly flawless proficiency in English.
  • Ability to follow up diligently and close deals using proven sales materials.
  • Self-motivated with the drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Availability to work in a remote, commission-based capacity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
  • A passion for sales and a relentless drive to succeed are essential.
