A company is looking for a LATAM HR Assistant (Entry level) - Portuguese Speaker.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update employee information in SAP and HCM
- Provide support for employee queries using various contact methods
- Prepare and distribute HR documents and support HRSS projects with administrative assistance
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, HCM) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks in a high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
