A company is looking for a LATAM HR Assistant (Entry level) - English and Portuguese Speaker.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update employee information in SAP and HCM
- Provide support for employee queries using various contact methods
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts and policy updates
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); Portuguese is preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, HCM), case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and manage tasks in a high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
